As per the resource block strategy protocol, a CRP round means a 5 member CRP team from NRO going to a village in a cluster of a resource block for taking up intensive social mobilization and institution building activity. CRP team works for 15 days in a village and take up important activities like identifying the left-out poor andorganising them into SHGs, provide 3 days of basic training on SHG meeting process and SHG management norms, diagnose the existing SHGs of poor and give them training on best practices of SHG, identify bookkeepers through SHGs and provide 5 days of bookkeeping training to them, identify 2-3 active women/youth volunteers and provide basic orientation during their 15 days of village stay. A typical CRP round may be there for a period of 30-45 days covering 2-3 villages.

At the end of the CRP round, CRP team prepares a work done report along with a follow-up action plan specific to the SHGs and village and present it to the CEO/SMD of the SRLM. The SPM/DPM/BPM of the concerned resource block will also participate in the CRP debriefing and acknowledge the work of CRP team and note the follow-up action to be done in the cluster.
